Mei Yu had made a few books to helps you to learn drawing. Here's the design that she made that I redraw to learn to draw manga face :






























 

To make that happen I've buy three Mei Yu's books :

1. Draw 1 Boy with 20 Faces: Learn how to draw eyes, expressions, & faces for anime, manga, & cartoon boys & character design

2. Draw 1 Boy in 20 Expressions: Learn how to draw anime faces and manga facial expressions

3. Design Your Faces WorkBook: Male: How to Draw Eyes, Expressions, & Faces for Male Characters - Anime Manga Art WorkBook for Beginners, Artists, Children, Teens, & Adults 

 

Those three books were really helpful to help me to learn to draw manga faces. I didn't put colors for the moment but I will do later !
